Built in 1901 Green Hill House was originally the administration building for St Mary's hospital which is located some two-hundred metres to the east.

The building was converted to flats in the eighties and has been continually upgraded as flats become vacant.

All the flats are different, some have their own entrance, some one and some two bedrooms.

All have individual metering of gas and electricity and all are gas central heated with a boiler in each flat. Each flat also benefits from a wired broadband connection and connection to the "sky" dish and aerial feed. For security and safety the flats can view the security cameras that surround the building and all flats are linked to the fire alarm system.

Outside the car park is protected by an electric gate and ample car parking is available, guest parking is available just before the security gate. Two large lawn areas are to the front of the property and these are screened from the road by tall hedges, providing a pleasant sitting area in the summer.
